Student Health Insurance

All undergraduate students enrolled in 12 credits or more are required to have health insurance.

Students who already have coverage may submit a waiver form each enrollment year at www.srstudentcenter.com/devry. Select Wavier Card to submit your current health insurance information.

Students who do not have coverage may elect to purchase coverage each enrollment year at http://www.srstudentcenter.com.devry. Select Enrollment Form to begin the process of purchasing insurance.
